Shipping charges and timelines are based on destination, parcel profile, and the delivery method selected at checkout.
Processing and dispatch
Orders usually move into fulfillment after payment is confirmed or, for approved cash-on-delivery orders, after the order is accepted.
Estimated delivery windows are guidance only and can change due to carrier delays, destination restrictions, weather, or customs handling.
Address accuracy
Customers must provide a complete and reachable shipping address. Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete details may require additional confirmation.
If a shipment is returned because delivery could not be completed, the shop may require re-payment of shipping costs before re-dispatch.
Tracking and support
When tracking details are available, they are added to the order fulfillment record and can be shared with the customer after dispatch.
If a shipment appears delayed or lost, contact the shop so we can coordinate with the carrier and provide the next support steps.
