Because the shop includes handmade, vintage, and consignment items, refund decisions depend on the order stage and item condition.
Before shipment
Orders may be cancelled before shipment according to the order and payment status shown in the shop system.
If payment was already captured, approved refunds are returned through the original provider or through a manual refund process where automation is unavailable.
After shipment
Returns after shipment are reviewed case by case, especially for consignment, vintage, or clearly disclosed defect items.
Items that show new damage, misuse, or condition changes after delivery may not be eligible for refund or exchange.
How to request support
If there is a problem with your order, contact the shop promptly with your order number, issue description, and any relevant photographs.
The shop will review the request and explain the next step, which may include confirmation, replacement, repair guidance, store credit, or refund.
